Feedspace review forms support language translation so your form text appears in your reviewers’ preferred language. Widgets display review content exactly as the reviewer submitted it and do not have automatic translation for widget-generated labels. The one exception is the CTA button label on your widget, which you can type in any language you choose from the widget editor’s Design tab.
This question comes up most often for businesses with a multilingual audience who want both their review collection form and their embedded widget to feel native to each visitor’s language.
How to translate your review collection form
Feedspace forms support 18 languages. You can translate the entire form interface with one click:
- Sign in at app.feedspace.io/signin and go to Forms in the left sidebar.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon on your form card to open the form editor.
- Click the Settings tab in the editor header, then scroll to the Language Customization section.
- Select your target language from the Language dropdown (18 language options are available).
- Click the Translate to [Language] button. Feedspace translates all form labels automatically. The translation process takes a few seconds while an overlay is displayed.
- Click Save and Next to save the translated form.
How to customise CTA text on your widget
If your widget has a call-to-action button enabled, you can change the button label text from the widget editor. This lets you write the label in any language you choose:
- Go to Widgets in the left sidebar and click the Edit (pencil) icon on the widget card.
- Click the Design tab in the editor header.
- Scroll to the Inline CTA Section and enable the CTA toggle if it is not already on.
- Type your translated button label text in the CTA button label input field.
- Click Save and Next to save your changes.
What’s next
After translating your form and updating any widget CTA text, preview the widget on your website to confirm the labels look correct in context. For multilingual sites, you may want to create separate widget instances with translated CTA labels for each language version of your site and embed the matching widget on each page.
Common questions
Can the review content itself be translated inside the widget?
No. The widget displays review content exactly as the reviewer submitted it. If a reviewer wrote in Spanish, that review appears in Spanish in the widget. Feedspace does not auto-translate review content. To show only reviews in a specific language, use the widget’s filter options to select reviews from reviewers who submitted in that language.
Which languages does form translation support?
The form Language Customization feature supports 18 languages. Select from the dropdown in the Settings tab of your form editor, then click the Translate button to apply the translation to all form labels at once.
Can I create separate widgets for different languages on my site?
Yes. You can create multiple widgets in Feedspace and configure each one separately, including different CTA label text and different review selections. Embed a different widget on each language version of your site to give each audience a tailored experience.
