Creative Space in Feedspace lets you turn customer testimonials into polished marketing images using pre-built templates. If you have already designed a branded template in Canva, Figma, or another tool, you can upload it directly and use it as the background for your testimonial cards. This gives you full control over the visual style while still letting Feedspace handle the layout and text overlay.

How to Upload a Custom Template in Creative Space

Follow the steps below to upload your own template image and load it into the Creative Space editor.

Step 1: Open Creative Space

Step 2: Click Create

Click the Create button to start a new project. This opens the “Choose a Template” modal, where you can browse available templates or upload your own.

Step 3: Select the Upload Template Card

In the “Choose a Template” modal, the first card displayed is labeled Upload template and shows an upload icon. Click this card to proceed with your custom file.

Step 4: Choose Your Template File

Your device’s file browser will open. Navigate to the image file you want to use as your custom template, select it, and confirm. Supported formats include common image types such as PNG and JPG. For best results, use a high-resolution image sized to match the standard testimonial card dimensions.

Step 5: Proceed in the Editor

Once uploaded, your custom template is loaded into Creative Space as the background. You can now select a review from your collected testimonials, position the text overlay, and generate your final marketing image.

When to Use a Custom Template

Uploading a custom template is ideal in the following situations:

Brand consistency: Your design team has created a template that matches your brand colors, fonts, and layout guidelines.
Canva or Figma designs: You have already built a testimonial card background in an external design tool and want to bring it into Feedspace without rebuilding it.
Campaign-specific visuals: You need a unique background for a specific marketing campaign or seasonal promotion that is not covered by the built-in templates.
Client work: You are managing testimonials for multiple brands and each brand requires its own distinct visual style.
