A static selection quickly becomes stale, and returning visitors lose the sense of an active, growing business.

The Setup Automation feature in the Select Reviews tab solves this by letting you define rules once. Feedspace then automatically adds any new review that matches your chosen criteria, such as star rating, sentiment, review type, or specific keywords, directly into the floating animation. How to Use Automation to Auto-Select Reviews for Your Floating Cards Widget

Step 1: Open Your Floating Cards Widget

Log in to Feedspace and navigate to Share Reviews in the left sidebar, then click Widgets. Open the Floating Cards widget you want to configure, or create a new one.

Step 2: Go to the Select Reviews Tab

Inside the widget editor, click the Select Reviews tab. This is where you choose which reviews appear as floating cards, either by hand-picking them individually or by letting automation handle the selection for you.

Step 3: Click Setup Automation

In the Select Reviews tab, click the Setup Automation button. This opens the automation rule panel where you can define the criteria that reviews must meet to be included in your Floating Cards widget automatically.

Step 6: Save and Embed Your Widget

After confirming the auto-selected reviews look right for your Floating Cards layout, click Save & Next and copy the embed code. Paste it into your website to publish the widget. Going forward, any new review that meets your automation rules will join the floating animation automatically, keeping the display fresh for every visitor.
