How Do I View My Widget Click Rate in Feedspace?

Last updated on June 12, 2026

Overview

Feedspace tracks how visitors interact with your embedded widgets and displays a click rate directly on each widget card. The click rate shows the percentage of widget views that resulted in a click, giving you a clear measure of how engaging your review display is to website visitors.

Where to Find the Widget Click Rate

Step 1: Go to the Widgets Section

Log in to your Feedspace account and click Widgets in the left sidebar to open your widget dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the Click Rate Stat

On each widget card, look at the stats row displayed below the widget name. The spark icon followed by a percentage shows the click rate for that widget. This percentage represents the share of widget impressions that resulted in a visitor clicking on the widget.

How the Click Rate Is Calculated

The click rate is calculated as the number of clicks divided by the total number of impressions, expressed as a percentage. For example, if your widget received 200 impressions and 14 clicks, the click rate would be 7%.

Here is how to interpret your widget’s click rate:

  • High click rate: Visitors are actively engaging with your reviews. Your widget design and placement are working well to capture attention.
  • Low click rate: Visitors are seeing the widget but not clicking through. Consider adjusting the design, adding a call-to-action button, or moving the widget to a more prominent position on the page.
  • Zero click rate: No clicks have been recorded yet. This is expected for a newly embedded widget or one with zero impressions.

What You Can Do Next

Use the click rate to improve how your widget performs and drives action on your website:

  • Add a call-to-action button: Open the widget editor, go to the Design tab, and configure a CTA button with compelling text and a destination URL to encourage more clicks from visitors who read your reviews.
  • Improve widget placement: Move the widget higher on the page or place it near a decision point such as a pricing section or sign-up form to increase engagement.
  • Try a different widget layout: Duplicate your widget and test a different display type, such as switching from a Masonry layout to a Carousel, to see which format gets a better click rate.
  • Pair with impressions data: Use the click rate alongside the impression count on the widget card to get a full picture of your widget’s reach and engagement together.
