Feedspace shows an Engagement Rate stat directly on each widget card, so you can see how visitors interact with your reviews without opening a separate analytics tool. It gives you a quick read on whether a widget’s placement and design are getting attention, right from your widget list.

Steps to find the engagement rate

1. Log in to your Feedspace account and click Widgets in the left sidebar.
2. On any widget card, look at the stats row for the Engagement Rate percentage.
3. Hover over the stat to see a tooltip listing exactly which visitor actions count toward it.

What counts toward the engagement rate

The engagement rate is tracked whenever a visitor:

• Clicks the play/pause button on a video or audio review
• Clicks the “Read more” button on a review
• Clicks a social platform icon on a review
• Clicks the carousel indicators (dot navigation)
• Clicks the CTA button in a review card

Because it covers several interaction types rather than a single click count, the engagement rate reflects overall visitor interest in the widget, not just how many people clicked through to a link.

Why is my engagement rate 0%?
