How Do I View Widget Impressions in Feedspace?

Last updated on June 12, 2026

Overview

Feedspace automatically tracks how many times each widget has been viewed and displays that count directly on the widget card in your dashboard. This impression count gives you a quick snapshot of how much exposure your embedded reviews are getting across all the pages where the widget is placed.

Where to Find Widget Impressions

Step 1: Go to the Widgets Section

Log in to your Feedspace account and click Widgets in the left sidebar to open your widget dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the Impressions Counter

On each widget card, look at the row of stats displayed below the widget name. The eye icon followed by a number shows the total impression count for that widget. This number represents how many times the widget has been loaded and viewed by visitors on your website.

What the Impressions Count Tells You

The impression count updates automatically each time a visitor loads a page where your widget is embedded. Here is how to interpret it:

  • High impressions: Your widget is placed on a high-traffic page. Your reviews are reaching a large audience.
  • Low impressions: The widget may be on a less visited page, or it may have been embedded recently. Consider moving it to a higher-traffic location for more visibility.
  • Zero impressions: The widget has not been viewed yet. This typically means it has not been embedded on a live page, or the embed code is not yet active.

What You Can Do Next

Use the impressions data to improve how and where you display your reviews:

  • Improve widget placement: If impressions are low, try embedding the widget on higher-traffic pages such as your homepage, pricing page, or product pages to increase visibility.
  • Track engagement with click rate: Pair impression data with the click rate stat shown on the same widget card to understand not just how many people see your widget, but how many interact with it.
  • Embed on more pages: Use the same widget embed code on multiple pages to increase total impressions across your site.
  • Test different widget types: Create a duplicate of the widget, try a different layout such as a Carousel or Masonry, and compare impressions to find the format that performs best on your site.
