How Do I View My Widget Views in Feedspace?

Overview

Feedspace automatically tracks how many times each widget has been viewed and shows that count directly on the widget card in your dashboard. This gives you a quick snapshot of how much exposure your embedded reviews are getting across every page where the widget is placed.

Steps to find your widget’s views

1. Log in to your Feedspace account and click Widgets in the left sidebar.
2. On any widget card, look at the stats row for the Views count.
3. Hover over the stat for a tooltip confirming it is the total views on that widget.

What the views count tells you

The views count updates each time a visitor loads a page where your widget is embedded. Here is how to interpret it:

• High views: Your widget is placed on a high-traffic page, so your reviews are reaching a large audience.
• Low views: The widget may be on a less-visited page, or it may have been embedded recently. Consider a higher-traffic location for more visibility.
• Zero views: The widget has not been loaded on a live page yet, or the embed code is not yet active.

• Check the Engagement Rate stat on the same widget card to see how many of those views turned into an interaction.

Common questions

Does the views count reset if I edit the widget’s design?

No. The views count keeps accumulating regardless of design changes. Editing colors, layout, or content settings on the Design tab does not affect the recorded views.
