Daniel arranged a 7 day trip for us in Hokkaido - the itinerary was well planned and the car was very comfortable. The driver Chen was wonderful and although couldn’t speak much English - was very eager to help in anyway possible. Daniel was always available on WhatsApp to help in any way. Overall I highly recommend his service

really great experience working with Daniel to plan this family trip! planning and communication was smooth all the way til the end of the trip. he even helped us contact local photographers for the trip even if the booking would not have been coursed through him. our driver Ousang was a great host for us as well over our 4-day journey. he was very accommdating of our requests and took extra care of my elderly parents getting off/on the van + grabbing umbrellas for us when it was raining/snowing outside (he's a really good photographer as well :)) i really appreciated the extra mile both Daniel and Ousang took to ensure our trip would be an unforgettable one. thank you so much!

My recent trip to Hokkaido (this time with my family) after 17 years apart (last visit in 2008) was a very enjoyable and memorable one! Daniel provided a good itinerary of places to visit when we first reached out on our trip. He made our planning effortless and gave good travel tips. We spent a total of 13 days in Sapporo, Otaru, Lake Toya, Noboribetsu, Furano and Tomamu. Our drivers for this trip took good care of us - always safety first as we met with a heavy snowfall and icy driving conditions. Mr Shan who was our driver for Sapporo to Lake Toya to Furano and Tomamu was very accommodating and flexible when the weather made it hard to visit some places. He provided alternatives and also made good recommendations on food places, and making sure he is there to assist so that we have no language issues when checking into our hotels.

Daniel did an excellent job coordinating all our transportation needs — from airport transfers to our accommodations, as well as all our day trips. He kept us well informed with prompt updates on pick-up times and driver details, and also gave us helpful advice on how to make our itinerary more cost-effective and efficient. We had to change to a bigger vehicle at the last minute due to luggage space, and Daniel went the extra mile to source a suitable vehicle for us despite the short notice. Throughout the trip, he consistently checked in to ensure everything was running smoothly, which gave us great peace of mind. We are truly grateful to have engaged Daniel’s services and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and attentive transport coordination. 🙏🙏👍👍☺️☺️

Im from Singapore! Hired transportation service from Daniel for our Hokkaido trip. As like many others, was naturally skeptical and worried of authenticity of the company but kept my fingers crossed til we met the first driver. Our first trip was from New Chitose to Tomamu. Driver was punctual and welcoming. Though she was a Japanese driver but it didnt matter since it was just a pick and drop trip. We also did a day trip drop off, from Tomamu to Furano and then drop off at Asahikawa. Daniel kindly assisted to draft our itinerary for the Furano day trip with timestamp. We also took a private transport from Asahikawa to Noboribetsu. And lastly Noboribetsu to Sapporo hotel. All 4 drivers are different but all arrived on time and drove very safely which was important as the roads were icy in snowing weather. As Daniel is from Singapore, we felt an extra familiar touch. He even updated us when the JPY rate was good and check in on us thru whatsapp during the trip. Will definitely recommend this travel company to my friends!
