If you’re searching for a UseTrust alternative, Feedspace offers a way to migrate your existing customer testimonials without collecting them all over again.
Trust (UseTrust.io) is discontinuing its service on December 31, 2026. Businesses using Trust testimonial software can move their existing reviews to Feedspace and continue collecting, managing, and showcasing customer feedback from one platform.
Why Choose Feedspace as a UseTrust Alternative?
Feedspace is a testimonial collection and review management platform designed for businesses that want to do more with customer feedback.
Whether you’re replacing Trust testimonial software or moving from another video testimonial platform, Feedspace helps you:
- Migrate existing testimonials: Import Trust reviews using your website URL or a CSV export.
- Collect video testimonials: Request video, audio, and text reviews through customer testimonial forms.
- Display testimonial widgets: Showcase customer reviews through website widgets, carousels, and Wall of Love pages.
- Import reviews from 160+ platforms: Bring customer feedback from Google, Trustpilot, and other supported review sources into one workspace.
- Manage customer testimonials: Organize and filter reviews without switching between multiple platforms.
How to Migrate from UseTrust to Feedspace
Switching from Trust (UseTrust.io) to Feedspace is straightforward, with two supported migration methods.
Migrate using your website URL
If your website has an embedded Trust testimonial widget, you can import those reviews directly into Feedspace.
Create a Feedspace account, open the Import page, select UseTrust, paste the URL of the webpage containing your Trust widget, and click Import.
Migrate using a CSV file
You can also export your existing customer testimonials from Trust and import them into Feedspace.
Download your Trust testimonial CSV export, open Feedspace’s Import page, select the Migration tab, choose Migrate from UseTrust, and upload your CSV file.
This gives businesses looking for a UseTrust replacement a way to transfer their existing testimonials rather than rebuild their review collection.
Can You Move Trust Video Testimonials to Feedspace?
Feedspace supports video testimonial collection and management. Businesses migrating from Trust can use the CSV import option for their existing testimonial records, including supported video testimonials.
After migration, check that your imported videos play correctly and remain accessible within Feedspace.
Replace Your Trust Testimonial Widgets with Feedspace
After importing your customer reviews, you can create new Feedspace testimonial widgets to replace the Trust widgets currently embedded on your website.
Choose from testimonial carousels, review badges, and Wall of Love pages to display customer feedback across landing pages, product pages, and other sections of your website.
Your existing reviews can continue helping visitors make buying decisions while you collect new testimonials through Feedspace.
Is Feedspace the Right UseTrust Replacement for Your Business?
If you’re looking for a UseTrust.io alternative that supports testimonial migration, video testimonial collection, customer review imports, and customizable website widgets, Feedspace is worth considering.
You can bring your existing Trust testimonials into Feedspace, organize them in one workspace, and continue using customer feedback across your website and marketing channels.
