Overview
Feedspace is available as a plugin inside ChatGPT. You add it from your ChatGPT account rather than from your Feedspace dashboard: go to Plugins, search for Feedspace, install it, and manage it from there. There is no URL to copy and no developer setting to switch on.
Once it is installed you can ask ChatGPT things like “what did customers say about onboarding last month” and get an answer from your actual reviews. That saves opening the dashboard and filtering by hand every time someone asks how the feedback is trending.
Steps to install the Feedspace plugin
Step 1: Sign in to ChatGPT
Open ChatGPT in your browser and sign in to the account you want to use with your reviews.
Step 2: Open Plugins
Go to Plugins in your ChatGPT account.
Step 3: Search for Feedspace
Search for Feedspace. The Feedspace plugin appears in the results.
Step 4: Install the plugin
Open the Feedspace plugin and install it. ChatGPT asks you to sign in to Feedspace so it can read your workspace. Approve that once and the plugin is ready to use.
Step 5: Manage the plugin from there
Once it is installed, you manage the Feedspace plugin from the same Plugins section in ChatGPT. That is where you turn it off or remove it. Start a new chat and ask for something from your workspace, for example your most recent video reviews or the forms you have running, and ChatGPT pulls the answer from Feedspace.
A shortcut from your Feedspace dashboard
Feedspace has a button that jumps straight to the Feedspace plugin page in ChatGPT, so you can skip the searching. Log in to Feedspace, click the circular avatar button at the top right of the header, and click Connectors in the dropdown. On the ChatGPT card, click View Instruction, then click Open Feedspace in ChatGPT in the panel headed Connect with the Feedspace app. The plugin page opens in a new browser tab, and you install it there exactly as in Step 4 above.
What’s next
ChatGPT is one of six tools Feedspace connects to. Claude, Perplexity, Lovable, Bolt, and v0 each have their own card and their own instructions on the Connectors tab. See how to connect Feedspace to AI tools.
Common questions
How is this different from the manual connector setup?
The manual route adds Feedspace as a custom connector using the Feedspace MCP URL, and it needs a ChatGPT Pro, Business, or Enterprise account. See how to connect Feedspace to ChatGPT for that path.
Which workspace does ChatGPT read from?
The one you sign in with when you approve the connection. If you keep several workspaces, sign in with the account that has access to the reviews you want ChatGPT to answer from.
Can ChatGPT change my reviews or only read them?
The connection covers the same Feedspace actions across every AI tool, so ChatGPT can fetch reviews, manage forms, and more. What it does is driven by what you ask it for in the chat.
