How Do I Connect Feedspace to ChatGPT?

Overview

Feedspace connects to ChatGPT using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once connected, you can ask ChatGPT to fetch your Feedspace reviews, pull specific testimonials, and list your review forms, all directly from the ChatGPT chat interface. This feature requires a ChatGPT Pro, Business, or Enterprise account. It is not available on the free plan.

Before You Begin

• You must have a ChatGPT Pro, Business, or Enterprise account. The MCP Connectors feature is not available on the free plan.
• You must be logged in to your Feedspace account to access the Connectors tab.

How to Connect Feedspace to ChatGPT

Step 1: Find the ChatGPT Connector in Feedspace

1. Log in to Feedspace and click your profile avatar or name at the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. Click My Account, then open the Connectors tab.
3. Locate the ChatGPT card on the Connectors page.

Step 2: Copy the MCP URL

1. On the ChatGPT card, click the copy icon next to the MCP URL. The URL is https://mcp.feedspace.io/mcp.
2. A confirmation toast will appear to confirm the URL has been copied to your clipboard.

Step 3: Review the ChatGPT-Specific Instructions

1. Click View Instruction on the ChatGPT card to open the step-by-step guide specific to ChatGPT.
2. Keep this guide open as a reference while completing the next steps in ChatGPT.

Step 4: Add the Connector in ChatGPT

1. Open chatgpt.com and log in to your Pro, Business, or Enterprise account.
2. Go to Settings and open the Connectors section (also labelled Integrations on some account types).
3. Click Add a new custom connector (or the equivalent button shown in your account).
4. Paste the Feedspace MCP URL (https://mcp.feedspace.io/mcp) into the connector URL field.
5. Save the connector. ChatGPT will verify the connection and add Feedspace as an available data source.

Step 5: Use Feedspace in ChatGPT

1. Return to a ChatGPT chat session.
2. Ask ChatGPT to access your Feedspace data. For example, you can ask it to summarise your latest reviews, pull a specific testimonial, or list your review forms.

What You Can Do After Connecting

Does this work on the free ChatGPT plan?

No. The MCP Connectors feature in ChatGPT is only available on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. If you do not see the Connectors section in your ChatGPT Settings, your account plan does not include this feature.

Do I need to generate a Feedspace API key to connect?

No. The MCP connection does not require an API key or OAuth login. You only need to copy the MCP URL from the Feedspace Connectors tab and paste it in ChatGPT. No additional credentials are required inside Feedspace.

Is the MCP URL the same for all AI platforms?

Yes. The MCP URL is https://mcp.feedspace.io/mcp for all supported AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Lovable, Bolt, and v0. Only the location where you paste the URL differs between platforms.

I cannot find the Connectors section in ChatGPT Settings

The Connectors section may be labelled Integrations depending on your ChatGPT account type.
