Overview
Connecting Feedspace to Claude (by Anthropic) uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once connected, Claude can access your Feedspace review data directly inside a conversation, letting you query testimonials, generate summaries, and identify themes across customer feedback without leaving Claude.
Before You Start
- You need an active Feedspace account.
- You need a Claude account at claude.ai. MCP connector support is available on Claude Pro and above.
Step 1: Copy the MCP URL from Feedspace
- Log in to Feedspace and click your profile avatar or name at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- Click My Account, then open the Connectors tab.
- Find the Claude card. Click the copy icon next to the MCP URL. The URL is
https://mcp.feedspace.io/mcp and a confirmation toast confirms it has been copied.
- Optionally, click View Instruction on the Claude card to open the step-by-step guide specific to Claude.
Step 2: Add the MCP Connector in Claude
- Open claude.ai and click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Go to Settings and find the Integrations or MCP Connectors section.
- Click Add connector (or Add integration, depending on your Claude plan).
- Paste the Feedspace MCP URL you copied:
https://mcp.feedspace.io/mcp.
- Give the connector a name, such as Feedspace, then click Save.
Step 3: Use Feedspace Data in a Claude Conversation
- Return to a Claude conversation. Claude will now have access to your Feedspace review data through the MCP connection.
- Ask Claude to work with your reviews. Some example prompts are listed in the next section.
What You Can Ask Claude
Once the connection is active, Claude can query your Feedspace reviews in real time. Here are some things you can ask:
- Find my best 5-star reviews and format them for a landing page.
- Generate a short testimonial summary I can use in a newsletter.
- Identify the most common themes across my customer feedback.
- List all reviews that mention a specific feature or product name.
- Draft a reply to a recent negative review based on the feedback given.
Common Questions
Do I need to log in through Feedspace inside Claude?
No. MCP connections do not use OAuth or a separate login step inside Feedspace. You only need to paste the MCP URL in Claude’s settings once. Claude then reads your review data through the secure MCP connection.

If the copy button fails, manually select and copy the URL from the Claude card: https://mcp.feedspace.io/mcp. Paste it directly into Claude’s connector settings.
I do not see an Integrations or MCP Connectors section in Claude
MCP connector support in Claude is available on paid plans (Claude Pro and above). If you are on the free plan, upgrade your Claude plan first, then return to Settings to add the connector.
Is the MCP URL shared with other AI tools?
Yes. The MCP URL https://mcp.feedspace.io/mcp is the same for all supported AI tools including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Lovable, Bolt, and v0. Only the location where you paste it differs between platforms.
