How Do I Switch Between Workspaces in Feedspace?

Last updated on June 15, 2026

Overview

If you have more than one workspace in Feedspace, you can switch between them at any time using the workspace switcher in the left sidebar. Each workspace is completely independent, with its own review forms, customers, team members, branding, and settings.

How to Switch Workspaces

  1. Look at the bottom of the left sidebar. You will see the name of your currently active workspace.
  2. Click the workspace name to open the workspace switcher panel.
  3. The panel shows all workspaces you own or have been invited to. Each workspace shows its name and its domain (for example, No Custom Domain or a custom domain like love.feedspace.io).
  4. Click the workspace you want to switch to. A checkmark appears next to the currently active workspace.

The page reloads into the selected workspace. All sidebar items, forms, reviews, and settings now belong to that workspace.

Viewing All Your Workspaces

If the switcher panel shows only a few workspaces, click View All Workspaces at the bottom of the panel. This opens the full workspace list where you can see every workspace you have access to and switch to any of them.

What Each Workspace Badge Means

  • No Custom Domain: This workspace uses the default feedspace.io URL. You can set up a custom domain in Settings.
  • Custom domain shown (e.g. love.feedspace.io): This workspace has a custom domain configured and active.

Common Confusion

Are my forms and reviews shared across workspaces?

No. Each workspace is completely separate. Forms, reviews, customers, and settings in one workspace are not visible in another. Switching workspaces is like switching between entirely different accounts for different projects or clients.

I cannot see one of my workspaces in the switcher

The switcher panel shows a limited number of recent workspaces. Click View All Workspaces to see the complete list. If a workspace is still missing, it may have been deleted or your access may have been revoked by the workspace admin.

What You Can Do Next

  • Create a new workspace if you need a separate space for a new client, department, or project.
  • Set up a custom domain for a workspace to use your own branded URL instead of feedspace.io.
