Overview
Feedspace integrates with Make (formerly Integromat) — a visual automation platform that lets you connect Feedspace with thousands of other apps using a drag-and-drop scenario builder. Using Make, you can automatically send notifications, back up testimonials, and trigger actions in other tools whenever something happens in your Feedspace workspace.
Note: Automation through Make is available only on Professional and Business Plans in Feedspace, and requires an API key for connection.
What Can You Automate with Make?
Feedspace offers the following integration points in Make:
- Trigger: Watch New Testimonials — Fires every time a new testimonial is submitted in your Feedspace workspace. Use this to notify your team, back up files, or push data to another system.
- Action: Submit Testimonial — Creates a new testimonial in Feedspace when triggered by another app (e.g., a new row in a Google Sheet or a new database item in Notion).
Common automation scenarios you can build:
- Send a Slack or Discord message when a new testimonial arrives
- Forward testimonial alerts to Telegram or WhatsApp
- Automatically back up video testimonials to Google Drive or Dropbox
- Submit testimonials to Feedspace from Notion or Google Sheets
- Send email notifications via Gmail or any email provider

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a paid Make plan?
Make offers a free plan with 1,000 operations per month. For high-volume workflows, a paid Make plan is recommended. On the Feedspace side, automation requires a Professional or Business plan.
How is Make different from Zapier or Pabbly Connect?
Make uses a visual drag-and-drop scenario builder with a more advanced flow-control system (routers, filters, iterators). Zapier calls its automations “Zaps” and Pabbly Connect calls them “Workflows”. Make is often preferred for complex multi-step automations. All three platforms use the same Feedspace Automation Secret Key for authentication.
