Yes, a Team Member Can Access Multiple Workspaces
A team member can be invited to as many workspaces as needed. There is no restriction preventing the same person from being a member of multiple workspaces in Feedspace. Each workspace is fully independent, so membership in one workspace has no effect on any other.
How Multiple Workspace Access Works
Each Invitation Is Separate
Being invited to Workspace A does not automatically grant access to Workspace B. The workspace owner or an Admin must send a separate invitation for each workspace. The team member then receives an individual invitation email for each one and must accept each invitation independently.
Roles Can Differ Per Workspace
The role assigned to a team member applies only to the workspace they were invited to. The same person can hold different roles in different workspaces. For example, they could be an Admin in one workspace and a Viewer in another. This lets you tailor access precisely to what each person needs in each context.
Switching Between Workspaces
Team members switch between workspaces the same way workspace owners do. Click the workspace name at the bottom of the left sidebar to open the workspace switcher. Any workspace the team member has been invited to will appear in the list. Selecting a workspace loads it immediately.
How to Invite a Team Member to an Additional Workspace
- Switch to the workspace you want to add the team member to using the workspace switcher in the sidebar.
- Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
- Click the Team Members tab.
- In the Invite Team Members section, enter the team member’s email address and choose the role for this workspace.
- Click Invite. The team member receives an invitation email for this workspace.
Repeat these steps for each additional workspace you want to give them access to.
Common Questions
Does a team member need a separate account for each workspace?
No. A team member uses the same Feedspace account to access all workspaces they have been invited to. All workspaces appear in their workspace switcher once they accept each invitation.
Can a team member see all workspaces on my account?
No. A team member only sees the workspaces they have been individually invited to. They cannot view or access other workspaces on your account unless you specifically invite them.
Who can invite a team member to a workspace?
Only the workspace owner or a team member with the Admin role can send invitations. Editors and Viewers do not have permission to invite others.
Does each workspace have its own team member limit?
Yes. The team member limit from your plan applies per workspace. If you have reached the limit on one workspace, you may still be able to invite that person to a different workspace that has not yet reached its limit.
