What Are the Team Member Roles in Feedspace?

Overview

When you invite a team member to your Feedspace workspace, you assign them a role. The role controls what they can see and do inside the workspace. Feedspace has three roles: Admin, Editor, and Viewer.

The Three Roles

Admin

An Admin has full access to the workspace. Admins can manage team members, change workspace settings, create and delete forms, import reviews, configure branding, set up automation, and manage customers. Use this role for trusted team leads or workspace owners.

Editor

An Editor can create, edit, and delete review forms, wall of love pages, and widgets. They can also manage reviews and import content. They cannot invite or remove team members, change workspace settings, or access billing information. Use this role for team members who manage content day-to-day.

Viewer

A Viewer can see and share forms, pages, and widgets but cannot make any changes. They have read-only access to the workspace. Use this role for stakeholders or clients who need visibility without editing rights.

How to Assign a Role

  1. Go to Settings in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the Team Members tab.
  3. In the Invite Team Members section, enter the email address and choose a role from the dropdown before clicking Invite.

You can change a member’s role by revoking their current access and re-inviting them with the new role.

Common Questions

Can I change a team member’s role without removing them?

Currently, the only way to change a team member’s role is to revoke their access and re-invite them with the new role selected.

Can a Viewer become an Admin later?

Yes. Revoke their access and send a new invite with the Admin role selected.

Who can manage team members?

Only workspace Admins can invite, re-invite, or revoke team member access. If you try to perform these actions as an Editor or Viewer, you will see an Access Restricted message.
