Yes, You Can Have Multiple Workspaces

Feedspace supports multiple workspaces under a single account. You can create additional workspaces for different clients, departments, brands, or projects. Each workspace is completely independent, with its own review forms, collected reviews, customers, team members, branding, and settings.

How to Create an Additional Workspace

  1. Click the workspace name in the bottom of the left sidebar to open the workspace switcher.
  2. Click View All Workspaces.
  3. Click Create New Workspace and follow the setup steps.

What Is Separate in Each Workspace

  • Review forms and wall of love pages
  • All collected reviews and testimonials
  • Customer lists
  • Team members and their roles
  • Branding (logo, colors, fonts)
  • Custom domain
  • Automation and webhook settings

Common Questions

Is there a limit on how many workspaces I can create?

The number of workspaces available depends on your plan. Check your plan details in Feedspace to see how many workspaces you can create. Free plans may be limited to one workspace.

Does each workspace need a separate subscription?

No. All workspaces under your account are covered by your existing Feedspace plan. You do not need to pay separately per workspace.

Can I invite different team members to different workspaces?

Yes. Each workspace has its own team member list. You can invite one person to Workspace A and a different person to Workspace B, and they will only see the workspace they were invited to.

Can I be a member of someone else’s workspace?

Yes. When another workspace owner invites you as a team member, that workspace appears in your workspace switcher alongside any workspaces you own. You can switch to it and work within it according to the role you were assigned.
