In Manual selection mode, only the reviews you have explicitly chosen in the Select Reviews tab are shown on your Wall of Love page. When a new review comes in, it does not appear on the page on its own. You need to go to the Select Reviews tab, find the review, and select it before it becomes visible to your visitors.
This mode is ideal when you want complete editorial control over your page. You can hand-pick the most compelling testimonials and keep the display exactly as you intend it, regardless of how many new reviews arrive.
If you prefer a set-and-forget approach, Automation mode is the recommended option. You can enable it using the Automation toggle in the Select Reviews tab. Once enabled, you set filter criteria such as minimum star rating, review platform, or a specific keyword. Any new review that matches those criteria is added to your Wall of Love page automatically, without any manual action on your part.
