Staying on top of new reviews the moment they arrive is important, and Feedspace gives you reliable ways to make that happen. This article walks you through the built-in email notification feature as well as the automation integrations you can connect to get alerts wherever you work.
You Have Two Great Ways to Get Notified
Feedspace keeps you informed through a built-in email notification and through external automation tools. You can use one or both depending on how you prefer to work.
Option 1: Built-In Email Notifications
Every time someone submits a review on your form, Feedspace automatically sends an email notification to the form owner. The email arrives at the address associated with your Feedspace account, so you are always in the loop without any extra setup.
To make sure these emails are reaching you, confirm that your account email notifications are enabled. Log in to your Feedspace account, open your account settings, and check the notification preferences. If notifications are turned off, switch them on to start receiving submission alerts.
New reviews also appear immediately in the Reviews section of your Feedspace dashboard, so you can view, manage, and act on every submission from one place at any time.
Option 2: Automation Integrations for Real-Time Alerts
If you want notifications delivered directly to Slack, a messaging app, or your CRM, connecting an automation platform is the fastest way to do it. Feedspace works with Zapier, Pabbly Connect, Make, and n8n, all using the New Testimonial trigger in Feedspace.
Once connected, you can build a workflow that fires every time a new review is submitted on your form. Common actions include posting a Slack message to your team channel, sending a follow-up email, logging the submission in a Google Sheet, or creating a record in your CRM. The setup is straightforward on all four platforms and requires only your Feedspace Automation Secret Key, which you can find in the Automation tab of your Feedspace account.
Automation integrations require a Professional or Business plan in Feedspace. If you are on a lower plan and see this feature greyed out, upgrading your plan will unlock it immediately.
