Every review form in Feedspace displays three live stats on its card in the Forms list. These numbers give you an instant read on how your form is performing without opening any reports or dashboards.
The eye icon shows how many times your form URL has been opened. Every unique visit to the form page counts as one view, whether or not the visitor submitted a review. This tells you how much traffic your form is receiving from your sharing efforts.
The message icon shows how many reviews have been successfully submitted through this form. Each completed testimonial, whether text, video, or audio, adds one to this count. This is the number that directly grows your testimonial library.
The percentage shown next to the lightning icon is your form’s conversion rate. Feedspace calculates it as:
Conversion Rate = (Submissions รท Views) ร 100
For example, if your form has 50 views and 10 submissions, the conversion rate is 20%. A higher conversion rate means a greater share of visitors are completing and submitting their testimonial.
Review form conversion rates vary by industry and how the form is shared, but a well-optimised form typically converts between 20% and 40% of visitors. If your rate is lower, small changes to the form often make a significant difference.
See How Do I Improve My Review Form Conversion Rate? for actionable steps.
Yes. Views and submissions update as soon as activity happens on your form. The conversion rate recalculates automatically whenever either number changes.
Each page load is counted as a view. If the same person visits your form on two separate occasions, both visits are counted.
Stats are cumulative from the moment the form was created and cannot be manually reset. If you want a fresh set of stats for a new campaign, consider creating a new form or duplicating the existing one.
A 0% conversion rate means the form has had views but no completed submissions yet. This is common for newly created forms. Check that all required fields are reasonable, recording is enabled, and the form is actively shared with your audience.
