Your Data Is Never Deleted
Cancelling your Feedspace subscription does not delete your account or any of your data. All your reviews, forms, customer records, workspaces, and settings remain in your account. The only thing that changes is your access to paid features once your billing period ends.
What Happens Immediately After Cancelling
The moment you cancel, your subscription is marked as cancelled in Stripe. However, nothing in your Feedspace account changes right away. You continue to have full access to all paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
What Happens When Your Billing Period Ends
When your paid billing period expires, your account moves to the Free plan automatically. Here is what changes:
Features That Stop Working
- Automation: Form automation email sequences are paused. No review request emails are sent.
- API and Webhooks: API access and webhook connections stop working.
- Custom Domain: If you had a custom domain configured, it will be disconnected.
- Extra Workspaces: If you have more workspaces than the Free plan allows, extra workspaces may become read-only.
- Storage: If your video and audio storage exceeds the Free plan limit, new video or audio reviews cannot be collected until storage is freed up.
What Stays the Same
- All reviews collected so far remain in your Feedbox and are not deleted.
- Your review forms remain in your account (some may be paused if you exceed the Free plan’s form limit).
- Your customer list and all customer data are preserved.
- Widgets already embedded on your website continue to display reviews within the Free plan’s display limits.
Can I Reactivate My Subscription?
Yes. You can resubscribe at any time from the Plans tab (profile menu > Plans). When you resubscribe, all your data and settings are restored immediately. Nothing is lost during the time your account was on the Free plan.
What About My Billing History and Invoices?
Your billing history and all past invoices remain accessible through the Stripe portal. Download any invoices you need before or after cancelling by going to Subscription > Manage Subscriptions.
Tip: Export Your Reviews Before Cancelling
As a best practice, export all your reviews as an Excel file before your billing period ends. This gives you a permanent backup of all your review content outside of Feedspace, regardless of future plan changes.
