How Do I Cancel My Feedspace Subscription?

Overview

You can cancel your Feedspace subscription at any time from the Subscription tab in your account. Cancellation is handled through the Stripe billing portal. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period and is not deleted after cancellation.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Click your profile avatar or name at the bottom of the left sidebar.
  2. Click Subscription from the menu.
  3. In the Subscription tab, click Manage Subscriptions. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab.
  4. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan next to your active subscription.
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Once confirmed, your subscription is cancelled. You will receive a confirmation email from Stripe. Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What Happens After You Cancel

  • Your account remains fully active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
  • After the billing period ends, your account moves to the Free plan with reduced limits.
  • Your reviews, forms, and customer data are not deleted.
  • Features tied to your paid plan (API access, webhooks, custom domain, automation, extra workspaces) will stop working when the Free plan takes effect.

Common Questions

I do not see a Manage Subscriptions button

The Manage Subscriptions button is only shown for monthly and yearly paid plans. It does not appear for AppSumo lifetime plans or the Free plan. If you are on an AppSumo plan and need to make changes, contact Feedspace support.

Can I reactivate after cancelling?

Yes. You can resubscribe at any time from the Plans tab in your profile menu. All your data is preserved, so your account is restored exactly as you left it.

Will I get a refund?

Feedspace subscriptions are not refunded after cancellation. Your paid access runs through to the end of your current billing period. For specific refund questions, contact the Feedspace support team.

  • Export your reviews as an Excel file before your plan downgrades as a backup.
  • Review which features will stop working when your plan changes to Free.
  • If you changed your mind, you can resubscribe from the Plans tab at any time.
