What Video Quality Does Feedspace Support?

Last updated on June 29, 2026

Feedspace review forms support video testimonials in two ways: reviewers can record a video directly in their browser using the built-in recorder, or they can upload a pre-recorded video file. The quality of the resulting video depends on the method used and the reviewer’s device.

Knowing what quality to expect helps you decide whether to ask reviewers to record directly on the form or to upload a pre-recorded clip for a more polished result.

Browser-recorded video

When a reviewer uses the in-browser recorder on a Feedspace form, the video is captured through their webcam or camera. The quality depends on the reviewer’s camera, browser, and connection speed. Most modern webcams record at 720p or 1080p.

Uploaded video files

Reviewers can also upload a pre-recorded video file. Each file can be up to 500MB, and reviewers can attach up to five files per submission. The video quality of an uploaded file is whatever the reviewer recorded or exported before uploading.

How to enable video on your form

  1. Sign in at app.feedspace.io/signin and go to Forms in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon on your form card to open the editor.
  3. Click the Capture Review tab and enable video recording or video upload for your form.
  4. Optionally, click the Settings tab to set a maximum recording duration so reviewers keep their videos concise.
  5. Click Save and Next to apply your changes.

What’s next

Once video is enabled, reviewers will see the recording or upload option when they open your form. If you want more consistent video quality, ask reviewers to record in a well-lit space and use a device with a good camera. You can also set a duration limit in the form settings to keep file sizes manageable.
