Some reviewers already have a great video they want to share, whether it is a clip recorded on their phone, a screen recording from their desktop, or a short testimonial filmed earlier. Feedspace lets you add an Upload Video button to your review form so reviewers can submit a pre-recorded file directly, without needing to record in the browser.

Accept high-quality videos filmed on a phone, camera, or any other device
Remove the browser recording requirement for reviewers in low-bandwidth environments

1. Open the Capture Review Tab

Log in to Feedspace and go to Forms in the left sidebar.
Open the form you want to edit.
Click the Capture Review tab in the form editor.

2. Enable Allow Users to Upload File

In the Media Review section, toggle on Allow Users to Upload File. An Upload Video button will now appear on your review form, giving reviewers the option to select a video file from their device.

3. Save the Form

Click Save. Reviewers will now see an Upload Video button on your form. When clicked, a file picker opens and they can select a video file from their device to submit as their testimonial.
