Overview
You sign in to Feedspace with the same details every time, so when a login does not go through it is usually a small mismatch: a different sign-in method than the one you registered with, a sign-in code stuck in a spam folder, or a browser holding onto old data. The same screen handles signing in and creating an account, so there is no separate password to recover.
Work through the safe checks below, in order, to get back into your account. Most login problems clear up within the first two or three steps.
Steps to fix a Feedspace login problem
Step 1: Use the same sign-in method you signed up with
On the sign-in page you can continue with Sign in with Google or an email sign-in code. Use the same one you chose when you first created your account. If you signed up with Google, signing in with a different email or method creates a separate account that will not show your data.
Step 2: Check your email for the sign-in code
If you sign in by email, enter your address and click Send Sign-In Code, then check your inbox for the 6-digit code. Look in your spam and promotions folders if it is not in the main inbox. On the code screen you can click Resend to send a fresh code. Make sure the email you typed is the exact address you registered with.
Step 3: Clear your browser cache or try a private window
Old saved data in your browser can block the sign-in screen from loading correctly. Clear your browser cache, or open the sign-in page in a private or incognito window where no old data is stored. Trying a different browser also rules out an extension or setting that is getting in the way.
Step 4: Check your internet connection
The sign-in code and the Google sign-in popup need a stable connection. If your network is slow or dropping, the code email or the Google popup may not arrive. Reconnect to a reliable network and try again.
Step 5: Contact support if it still does not work
If you have tried each step and still cannot get in, email support@feedspace.io with the email address on your account and tell us which sign-in method you use. The team can check your account and help you back in.

Each sign-in method is tied to a specific account. If you created your account with Google, use the Sign in with Google button rather than the email code, even if both use the same address.
My sign-in code never arrived. What should I do?
Check your spam and promotions folders first, then click Resend on the code screen. Confirm you entered the same email address you registered with, since a code sent to a different address will not let you in.
Do I need a password to log in to Feedspace?
