Why Is My Wall of Love Page Not Loading?

Last updated on July 14, 2026

Overview

A Feedspace Wall of Love page is a standalone public page that displays a curated collection of your reviews. When it does not appear as expected, the cause is usually one of a few common, easy-to-fix issues: a mistyped link, a deleted page, a custom domain still propagating, a cached browser version, or no reviews selected yet. Each one has a clear solution.

Work through the checks below in order. If you run a public testimonial page for your product or service and it suddenly stops loading for visitors, these steps get it back online quickly.

Common reasons and how to fix them

Most loading issues are resolved by the first or second check below.

1. The page URL was copied incorrectly

The most common cause is a small typo or an incomplete link. Even a single missing character will prevent the page from loading.

Click Pages in the left sidebar, then click the share icon on your page card to open the editor on the Share tab. Under Share Page Manually, copy the Review Page Link directly rather than typing it by hand. Paste the freshly copied link into your browser to confirm it loads, then share or embed that exact URL.

2. The page has been deleted

If the page was removed, its URL will no longer resolve, which looks the same as a broken link from the visitor’s perspective.

Click Pages in the left sidebar and check whether the Wall of Love page still appears in your list. If it is missing, click Create Page to build a new one. Once the new page is live, open it on the Share tab and update any links or embeds you shared previously with the new URL.

3. A custom domain is still propagating

If you recently connected a custom domain to your Wall of Love page, DNS propagation may not have completed yet. DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours to reach all networks worldwide, so the page may appear unavailable in the meantime.

Visit the Custom Domain settings inside Feedspace and confirm that the DNS records are entered exactly as shown. If the records look correct, give it some more time and check again after a few hours. You can use a free tool such as DNS Checker to see how widely your domain has propagated so far. While propagation is in progress, your original Feedspace-hosted URL will still work for you and your visitors.

4. Your browser is showing a cached version

Browsers store copies of web pages to load them faster on return visits. If the page recently changed or was republished, your browser may still be serving an older stored version that fails to display correctly.

Perform a hard refresh to force the browser to load a fresh copy of the page. On Windows, press Ctrl + Shift + R. On macOS, press Cmd + Shift + R. Alternatively, open the page in a private or incognito window, which bypasses the local cache entirely. If the page loads correctly in private mode, clearing your browser cache will resolve it in your main window as well.

5. No reviews have been selected for the page

A page that loads but shows nothing is usually a page with no reviews on it yet. When you create a new Wall of Love page it starts empty, so until you pick the reviews that should appear, visitors see a blank page. The same thing happens if you expected Google or other imported reviews to show but those reviews were never brought into Feedspace.

Click the pencil (edit) icon on your page card to open the editor on the Select Reviews tab, then tick the reviews you want to display. The live preview updates as you select them. If the reviews you want are not in the list, import them into Feedspace first, then return to Select Reviews and add them. What’s next

  • Copy your Wall of Love page URL directly from the Share tab in the Feedspace editor and test it in a fresh browser tab.
  • Confirm the page still exists by checking the Pages section of your Feedspace account.
  • If you are using a custom domain, verify your DNS records in the Custom Domain settings and allow up to 48 hours for full propagation.
  • Try a hard refresh with Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (macOS), or open the page in a private window to rule out a browser cache issue.
  • Click the pencil (edit) icon on the page card, go to the Select Reviews tab, and confirm at least one review is selected. If you want Google or imported reviews on the page, import them into Feedspace first, then select them.

Common questions

Does changing my page URL break the links I have already shared?

Yes. If you edit the page slug from the pencil icon next to the Review Page Link on the Share tab, the old URL stops resolving. Update any links and embeds you shared earlier with the new URL so visitors reach the page.

My custom domain still shows an old version after I updated DNS. What should I do?

DNS changes can take from a few minutes up to 48 hours to reach every network. While propagation finishes, your original Feedspace-hosted URL keeps working, so you can share that link in the meantime and switch back to the custom domain once it resolves everywhere.

The page loads but stays blank. Why is nothing showing?

A blank page almost always means no reviews are selected yet. A new Wall of Love page starts empty, so open the editor, go to the Select Reviews tab, and tick the reviews you want to display.
