Overview
Radar finds mentions of your business on X and turns them into reviews you can import into your Feedbox. You give it your business name, it scans X, and it lists what it found so you can pick the mentions worth keeping.
People post about your product without tagging you or telling you about it. Until now the only way to use those posts as testimonials was to search X yourself and copy them across one at a time. Radar does the searching and hands you a list to choose from.
Each workspace has one radar, so it tracks a single business name at a time.
Steps to set up Radar
Step 1: Open Radar
Log in to your Feedspace dashboard and click Radar in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Enter your business name
Type the name people would use when they post about you, for example your product or company name. This is the term Radar searches X for, so the closer it matches what customers actually write, the better the results.
Step 3: Add your X username, if you have one
The X (Twitter) username (optional) field takes your handle without the @ symbol. Adding it helps Radar pick up posts that tag your account directly.
Step 4: Activate the radar
Click Activate. The first scan starts straight away and the button reads Scanning… while it runs, so stay on the page until it finishes. Once the scan is done, an Active pill appears next to the page title along with your business name, your linked X handle, and when it was last scanned.
Steps to import mentions into Feedbox
Step 1: Read through what Radar found
The Mentions section lists everything from the latest scan, with a count above it. Each row shows who posted, what they said, the sentiment, the topic, the date, and the engagement it got. Click the X icon on a row to open the original post on X.
If the list is long, click Load more at the bottom to bring in the next set.
Step 2: Select the mentions you want
Tick the checkbox on any mention you want to keep, or use Select all to take the whole list. A bar appears showing how many you have selected.
Step 3: Import them
Click Import to Feedbox. Feedspace confirms how many reviews were imported, and the mentions become reviews in your Feedbox alongside everything else you have collected. Once every mention in the list has been imported, the section shows All reviews imported to Feedbox.
Turning Radar off
Click Deactivate on the radar panel and confirm in the modal. This removes your radar and every mention it has found so far, and you can activate it again at any time. Reviews you already imported stay in your Feedbox.
What’s next
Your imported mentions behave like any other review, so the next step is putting them somewhere your visitors will see them. See how to add a review to a page or widget from Feedbox.
Common questions
Does Radar keep scanning after the first time?
Yes. New scans run automatically while your radar is active, and the panel shows the date of the most recent one.
Which platforms does Radar search?
Radar searches X. To bring in reviews from other platforms, use Import in the left sidebar.
Can I run more than one radar in a workspace?
Each workspace has one radar. To track a different business name, deactivate the current radar and activate a new one with the name you want.
What happens to mentions I do not import?
They stay in the Mentions list so you can come back to them. They only become reviews in your Feedbox once you select them and click Import to Feedbox.
