Radar finds mentions of your business on X and turns them into reviews you can import into your Feedbox. You give it your business name, it scans X, and it lists what it found so you can pick the mentions worth keeping.
People post about your product without tagging you or telling you about it. Until now the only way to use those posts as testimonials was to search X yourself and copy them across one at a time. Radar does the searching and hands you a list to choose from.
Each workspace has one radar, so it tracks a single business name at a time.
Log in to your Feedspace dashboard and click Radar in the left sidebar, in the Collect group under Import.
Type the name people would use when they post about you, for example your product or company name. This is the term Radar searches X for, so the closer it matches what customers actually write, the better the results.
The X (Twitter) username (optional) field takes your handle without the @ symbol. Adding it helps Radar pick up posts that tag your account directly.
Click Activate. The first scan starts straight away and the button reads Scanning while it runs, so stay on the page until it finishes. Once the scan is done, an Active pill appears next to the page title, and a panel shows your business name, your linked X handle, when it was last scanned, and a line reading Checks X for new mentions every week.
Two tabs sit above the list, Mentions and Imported, each with its own count beside the label. Mentions is the one you land on, and it holds the posts still waiting for your decision. A summary line above the rows reads how many mentions Radar found.
Each row shows the author’s X profile photo and name, the date they posted, and the text of the post. Click the author name to open their X profile, or the X logo at the right of the row to open the original post. Both open in a new browser tab.
If the list is long, click Load more at the bottom to bring in the next set.
Tick the checkbox on any mention you want to keep, or use Select all to take the whole list. A bar appears showing how many you have selected.
Click Import to Feedbox. Feedspace confirms how many reviews were imported, and the mentions become reviews in your Feedbox alongside everything else you have collected. Each one you import moves out of Mentions and into the Imported tab, and both counts update. Once every mention in the list has been imported, the Mentions tab shows All reviews imported to Feedbox.
Click Deactivate on the radar panel. A confirmation asks you to be sure and explains that this removes your radar and every mention it has found so far. Click Deactivate again to confirm, and the status pill switches to Inactive. You can activate it again at any time, and reviews you already imported stay in your Feedbox.

Each workspace has one radar. To track a different business name, deactivate the current radar and activate a new one with the name you want.
They stay in the Mentions list so you can come back to them. They only become reviews in your Feedbox once you select them and click Import to Feedbox.
