What Should I Do After Importing Reviews into Feedspace?

Step 1: Check Your Feedbox

All imported reviews land in your Feedbox automatically. Open the Feedbox from the left sidebar to see everything that was imported. Each review shows the source platform it came from, the star rating (if available), and the reviewer’s name.

Step 2: Organise with Labels

If you imported reviews from multiple platforms, use Labels to tag and organise them. For example, tag reviews by product, service type, or use case. Labels make it easy to filter and select specific reviews when building a widget later.

Step 3: Mark Your Best Reviews as Favourites

Click the star icon on any review to mark it as a favourite. Your favourite reviews are easy to find later and can be filtered or prioritised when you choose which reviews to display in a widget or on your Wall of Love page.

Step 4: Set Up Auto-Sync (Optional)

For platforms like Google Business and Facebook, Feedspace can automatically import new reviews as they arrive through the auto-sync feature. Set this up once so your Feedbox stays up to date without manual re-imports.

Step 5: Display Your Reviews

Now use your imported reviews to build social proof on your website. You have two options:

Create a Widget: Go to the Share section, create a widget, and filter it to include your imported reviews. Copy the embed code and paste it into your website.
Wall of Love Page: Your Feedspace Wall of Love page automatically includes all approved reviews from your Feedbox. Share the link anywhere or embed it as a full page.

Step 6: Use Reviews for Marketing

Turn your best imported reviews into shareable images using Creative Space. Design branded testimonial cards and share them on social media to reach new audiences with authentic customer proof.
