Feedspace can read reviews directly from a screenshot. The Image Reviews option in Manual Import uses AI to scan an image you upload and pull out the reviews it finds, so you can add them to Feedspace without retyping anything.
A common case: a customer praised you somewhere Feedspace can’t import automatically, like a private message, a Slack thread, or a screenshot a teammate sent you. You take a screenshot, upload it here, and Feedspace turns it into review cards.
Log in to your Feedspace dashboard and click Import in the left sidebar. Open the Manual Import tab.
In Manual Import, click the Image Reviews subtab. A drop zone for your image appears.
Drag your image onto the drop zone, or click browse to pick it. Image Reviews accepts JPEG, PNG, and WEBP files up to 15 MB, one image at a time.
Click Import Review. Feedspace analyzes the image and extracts the reviews it finds. On success, the import success screen appears with your imported reviews.
Your imported reviews land in your Feedbox alongside your other reviews. On the success screen, click Create Wall of Love to show them on a page, or Import More Reviews to upload another screenshot. To bring in reviews another way, see how to bulk import reviews or how to add a review manually.
If the AI can’t detect a review in the image, you’ll see a No reviews detected in image message. Use a clearer, higher-resolution screenshot that shows the full review text and try again. You can also add the review by hand from the Review Import subtab in Manual Import.

They appear in your Feedbox, the same place your collected and imported reviews live, where you can edit and organize them alongside the rest.
