How to Bulk Import Reviews in Feedspace

Overview

If you have a stack of reviews saved in a spreadsheet, Feedspace lets you add them all in one go with Bulk Import. You fill in a downloadable template with your review data, then upload that one file instead of typing each review into a form.

This is the fastest way to move existing testimonials into Feedspace, for example a list of customer quotes you have collected in a Google Sheet or exported from another tool. Bulk Import accepts CSV and Excel files, so you can use whatever your data already lives in.

Steps to bulk import reviews

Step 1: Open the Bulk Import tab

1. Log in to your Feedspace dashboard and click Import in the left sidebar.
2. Open Manual Import, then click the Bulk Import subtab.

Step 2: Download the template

1. Click Download Template in the header area. This downloads a file named sample-csv-import.csv.

Step 3: Fill in your reviews

1. Open the template in your spreadsheet tool and add one review per row, following the columns in the file.
2. Save the file as a .csv, .xlsx, or .xls file. The file must be 10MB or smaller.

Step 4: Upload your file

1. Drag your file onto the drop zone, or click browse to pick it from your computer.
2. The file name appears in the drop zone once it is attached.

Step 5: Import your reviews

1. Click Import Review.
2. A success view confirms how many reviews were imported. From here you can click Create Wall of Love to start displaying them, or Import More Reviews to upload another batch.

What’s next

Your imported reviews are now in your account, ready to show off. Click Create Wall of Love on the success view to build a page that showcases your imported reviews, or head to Feedbox in the left sidebar to manage them.

Common questions

Which file formats can I upload?

Bulk Import accepts CSV (.csv) and Excel (.xlsx and .xls) files. You can upload one file at a time, up to 10MB.

Do I have to use the downloaded template?

Yes. The template gives you the exact column layout Feedspace expects, so your reviewer names, ratings, and review text land in the right place. Fill in your data inside the downloaded file rather than building your own.

Can I import another batch after the first one?

Yes. On the success view, click Import More Reviews to reset the form, then download the template again or upload your next file.
