Overview
Radar splits what it finds into two tabs. Mentions holds the posts from X that are still waiting for you to decide on, and Imported holds the ones you have already turned into reviews. Opening the Imported tab gives you a single list of everything Radar has added to your Feedbox.
This matters once you have been running Radar for a few weeks. When a mention leaves the Mentions list it is easy to wonder whether it was imported or skipped. The Imported tab answers that in one click, and it is also the quickest way to show a teammate what Radar has actually brought in before you decide whether to keep it running.
Before you start
The tabs only appear once a radar is active in your workspace. If you have not set one up yet, start with how to find mentions of your business with Radar.
Steps to open the Imported tab
Step 1: Open Radar
Open your Feedspace dashboard and choose Radar from the sidebar. However you got there, Radar always starts you on the Mentions tab.
Step 2: Switch to the Imported tab
Click Imported in the tab bar above the list. Each tab carries its own number beside the label, so you can see at a glance how many mentions are still waiting and how many you have already brought across.
Step 3: Read the list
A line at the top reads how many reviews Radar has contributed. Every row below it carries the poster’s photo and name, what they wrote, and a small Imported line recording the date it became a review. That date is the difference worth noticing: it tells you when the post entered your Feedbox, not when it was posted. Their name links through to their X profile, and the X logo at the row’s right end opens the post itself, each in a new browser tab.
Step 4: Load the rest, if there is more
Radar shows a page of rows at a time. If your imported list runs longer than that, a Load more button sits underneath it to pull in the next page.
What’s next
Everything in the Imported tab is a normal review in your Feedbox, so the next step is putting those posts in front of visitors. See what to do after importing reviews into Feedspace.
Common questions
Why has a post disappeared from the Mentions tab?
Because you imported it. A mention moves out of Mentions and into Imported the moment it becomes a review, and both counts update to match. Nothing is lost, it has just changed lists.
Do these reviews stay if I deactivate my radar?
Yes. Deactivating clears the radar and the mentions it found, but anything you already imported stays in your Feedbox and in any page or widget you have added it to.
The tab says nothing has been imported yet, is something wrong?
No. Radar does not import anything on its own. It collects mentions and waits for you to pick the ones worth keeping, so this tab stays empty until you select mentions and click Import to Feedbox.
