How to Import Facebook Posts into Feedspace

Overview

With Feedspace, you can import customer feedback, testimonials, or brand mentions directly from Facebook posts. This allows you to highlight authentic social proof and display it beautifully in your widgets, pages, or Wall of Love.

Steps to Import Reviews from Facebook Posts

Step 1 – Log into Feedspace

Begin by logging into your Feedspace account using your email and OTP. This ensures secure access to your account for importing reviews.

Step 2 – Select Workspace

After logging in, choose the workspace where you want to import TripAdvisor reviews. This will allow you to organize reviews based on your specific needs, whether it’s for a single project or multiple websites.

Step 3 – Navigate to the Import Page

Next, go to the Feedbox page within your Feedspace dashboard. On the left sidebar, find and click on the “Import” option to initiate the review import process.

Step 4 – Choose Facebook Post Import Option

• Under Popular Imports, select Facebook Post.

• Copy the URL of the Facebook post you want to import.
• Example: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1BRugQMmMz/
• Paste the URL into the Facebook Post URL field.

Step 5 – Fetch the Post

• Click on Import Post.
• Feedspace will fetch the post from Facebook.

Step 6 – Review & Import

• Check the fetched content to ensure it’s the correct post.
• Click Import to add it to your Feedspace account.

Now your Facebook post is successfully imported and ready to be shared with your audience via Feedspace.
