How to Import Reviews from Hotels.com into Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace makes it easy to import customer reviews directly from Hotels.com using the Feedspace Chrome Extension. This helps you collect authentic guest feedback and showcase it beautifully on your website or Wall of Love to build trust with future customers.

Step 1 – Install Chrome Extension

1. Click on the Get Chrome Extension button in the Feedspace dashboard.
2. Follow the installation prompts to add the Feedspace Chrome Extension to your browser.
3. Once installed, the extension will appear in your Chrome toolbar.

Step 2 – Navigate to Hotels.com and Select Reviews

1. Open the Hotels.com website and go to the review section of the property or service you want to import.
2. Right-click on any review.
3. From the menu, select Add to Feedspace.
4. The review information will automatically appear inside the Feedspace Chrome Extension.

Step 3 – Import Review into Feedspace

1. Open the Feedspace Chrome Extension.
2. You can edit or add extra details such as the reviewer’s name, designation, or profile picture.
3. Click on the Import Review button to add the review directly to your Feedspace account.

Step 4 – Manage and Display Reviews

After importing, you can:

• View all imported reviews in your Feedspace dashboard.
• Create a Wall of Love using customer testimonials.
• Embed the Wall of Love on your website to showcase positive guest experiences.
