What Review Platforms Does Feedspace Support for Import?

Feedspace can bring in reviews from a wide range of external platforms. You can fetch reviews automatically by pasting a URL, upload a CSV file for bulk manual import, extract reviews from a screenshot using AI, or migrate your existing Wall of Love from another review platform.

This is useful when you are starting fresh and want to populate your Feedspace workspace with existing reviews before collecting new ones through your form.

Automated import (paste a URL)

The Automated Import tab lets you paste a platform URL and Feedspace fetches reviews automatically. Supported platforms include:

• Google Business: paste your Google Business profile URL or type the business name to search
• Trustpilot: paste your Trustpilot business profile URL
• Yelp: paste your Yelp business page URL
• Apple Podcasts: paste your Apple Podcasts show URL to import listener reviews
• Castbox: paste your Castbox podcast URL to import listener reviews

For platforms that Feedspace cannot access directly, an option to install the Feedspace Chrome Extension may appear. The extension lets you fetch reviews from platforms with login-gated content.

Manual import

If a platform is not supported for automated import, you can still add its reviews using one of the manual import methods:

• Review Import: enter a single review manually by filling in the reviewer’s name, rating, and review text
• Bulk Import: download the CSV template, fill it with multiple reviews, and upload the file
• Image Reviews: upload a JPEG, PNG, or WEBP screenshot of a review (up to 15MB) and Feedspace uses AI to extract the review text automatically

Migrate reviews from another platform

If you are moving from another testimonial collection tool, you can migrate your existing Wall of Love directly. Supported migration platforms include Senja, Testimonial.to, Famewall, and Shoutout. Paste your existing wall URL in the Migrate Reviews tab and Feedspace imports the reviews automatically.

How to import reviews from a supported platform

1. Sign in at app.feedspace.io/signin and click Import in the left sidebar.
2. Click the Automated Import tab at the top of the page.
3. Paste the URL of your business or podcast profile into the input field. Feedspace detects the platform automatically and shows the appropriate action button.
4. Click the action button (for example, Fetch Reviews). Feedspace loads the available reviews.
5. Select the reviews you want to import by clicking their checkboxes, then click Import Review in the bar at the bottom of the screen.

What’s next

Once your imported reviews are in your workspace, you can add them to a Wall of Love page or a widget alongside any reviews you collect through your own form. You can also set up auto-sync for supported platforms so new reviews are pulled in automatically on a schedule.

Common questions

What if my review platform is not on the supported list?

You have two options: use the Image Reviews feature to upload a screenshot of the review and let AI extract the text, or use the Bulk Import CSV to add reviews from any source manually. If your platform is commonly requested, you can also contact support@feedspace.io to ask about adding support for it.

Can I set up automatic sync so new reviews are imported continuously?

Yes. For supported platforms, an amber banner prompts you to set up auto-sync after you fetch reviews. Click Set Auto Sync in that banner and configure the sync settings. Once active, Feedspace pulls in new reviews automatically on a regular schedule.

Can I import podcast reviews from platforms other than Apple Podcasts and Castbox?

Apple Podcasts and Castbox are the confirmed supported podcast platforms. For other podcast platforms, use the Image Reviews feature to upload screenshots of listener reviews. Contact support@feedspace.io if you need support for a specific podcast directory.
