Feedspace lets you shorten a video review without any separate editing software. From your Feedbox, open the review, choose Trim Video, and set where the clip starts and ends.
A common case: a customer’s video has a slow intro or some dead air at the end. You trim it down to the part that sells, so visitors see the best moment first. Trimming replaces the original video, so keep a copy elsewhere if you might want the full recording later.
Log in to your Feedspace dashboard and click Feedbox in the left sidebar.
Find the video review. Open its dropdown menu, on the review card or in the detail panel, and click Trim Video.
The trim panel slides in from the right. Drag the left handle to set where the clip starts and the right handle to set where it ends. A tooltip shows the time as you drag. Click the play button to preview the trimmed segment before you save.
Click Save Changes. Feedspace processes the trim and the detail view shows a trim status while it finishes. If you set the end before the start, you’ll see End time must be after start time; adjust the handles and try again. To close without trimming, click Cancel.

Trimming replaces the original with the shortened version, so the full-length recording is no longer stored in Feedspace. Save a copy elsewhere first if you might need the original later.
Yes. Audio reviews have the same trim option in their dropdown menu. Open it, set the start and end points the same way, and click Save Changes.
No. Because the trim replaces the original recording, you cannot restore the full-length video from Feedspace afterward. Preview with the play button before saving so you keep exactly the segment you want.
