How to Edit a Review in Feedspace

Overview

Feedspace allows you to easily edit the details of imported or collected reviews. This is helpful if you want to update user info, correct details, or add missing fields like company name, designation, or email.

Step 1 Go to Feedbox

  • Navigate to your Feedbox from the left sidebar.

  • Here, you’ll see the list of all reviews collected or imported into your Feedspace account.

Step 2 Open Review Options

  • Find the review you’d like to edit.

  • Click on the three dots (⋮) menu on the right-hand side of the review.

Step 3 Select Edit

  • From the dropdown, click Edit.

  • This will open the Review Details panel.

Step 4 Update Review Information

  • In the User Info section, you can update fields such as:

    • Name

    • Email

    • Review Text

    • Designation

    • Company

    • Company Logo

    • Company URL

  • You can also adjust the photo of the reviewer if available.

Step 5 Save Changes

  • Once you’ve made the required edits, your changes will be automatically saved and reflected in the Feedbox.

Why Edit Reviews?

  • Maintain Accuracy: Correct typos or missing details.

  • Add Branding: Include company logos and designations for professional display.

  • Organize Better: Ensure consistent formatting across all reviews.

That’s it! Your review is now updated in Feedspace.
