How Do I Update a Reviewer LinkedIn or X Profile in Feedspace?

Overview

LinkedIn and X are the most commonly linked social profiles for reviewers in Feedspace. Adding these links takes under a minute from the Review Details panel and makes your testimonials more trustworthy for visitors.

Steps

  1. Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
  2. Find the review you want to update.
  3. Click the three-dot menu on the review card and select View Details.
  1. In the right panel, scroll down to the Social Media Profiles section.
  2. Click the LinkedIn field and paste the reviewer LinkedIn profile URL.
  3. Click the X field and paste the reviewer X (Twitter) profile URL or handle.
  1. Save the changes.

Tips

  • Use the full profile URL (e.g. linkedin.com/in/username) for best results.
  • You do not need to fill in both you can add only LinkedIn or only X.
  • The LinkedIn icon will appear on the review card in Feedbox once a LinkedIn URL is saved.
