How to Delete a Review in Feedspace

Overview

If you need to remove a review that is no longer relevant, inaccurate, or was added by mistake, the Delete option in Feedbox permanently removes it from your account.

Steps

1. Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
2. Find the review you want to delete.
3. Open the dropdown menu on the right side of the review card.
4. Click Delete (shown in red).

5. In the confirmation window, click the red confirm button. To cancel, click Go Back.
6. The review is permanently removed from your Feedbox.

Tips

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so confirm you want to remove the review before clicking the confirm button.
• If the review is already added to a widget or Wall of Love page, removing it from Feedbox also removes it from those displays.
• If you cannot find the review in a long list, use the Feedbox filters to narrow it down by review type, such as video or audio, before deleting.

Common questions

Can I delete more than one review at a time?

Yes. Click the checkbox on a review card to enter select mode, check the other reviews you want to remove, then click the red Delete button in the batch panel at the bottom of the screen and confirm.

Can I recover a review after deleting it?

Deleting is permanent. Once you confirm, the review is removed from your Feedbox and cannot be restored, so confirm you have the right review first.
