How to Show Only Video Reviews in Feedspace
Overview If you want to focus only on video testimonials and hide all other review types, the Video filter in Feedbox lets you do that in a few clicks without deleting or moving anything. Steps Tips
Overview
If your team collects audio testimonials and you want to view only those, the Audio filter in Feedbox isolates them from your full review list instantly.
Steps
- Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
- Click the Filter icon (sliders icon) at the top right of the Reviews list.
- Under Review Type, click the Audio icon (headphones icon).
- Click Apply.
- The list now shows only audio reviews.
- To remove the filter, click Clear and then Apply.
Tips
- You can select multiple review types at once for example, Audio and Video together.
- This filter does not affect your actual data all reviews remain saved.
