Overview
If you want to see only written text testimonials and hide video or audio reviews, the Text filter in Feedbox makes it easy to focus on just the written feedback.
Steps
- Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
- Click the Filter icon (sliders icon) at the top right of the Reviews list.
- Under Review Type, click the Text icon (speech bubble icon).
- Click Apply.
- The list now shows only text reviews.
- To remove the filter, click Clear and then Apply.
Tips
- Combine the Text filter with Sentiment to find only positive written reviews for use in marketing.
- Text reviews imported from platforms like Google or LinkedIn will also appear here.
