If you have imported reviews from X (formerly Twitter) and want to view only those, the Imported Reviews From filter in Feedbox lets you isolate reviews by their source platform.
Steps
- Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
- Click the Filter icon (sliders icon) at the top right of the Reviews list.
- Under Imported Reviews From, click the X (Twitter) icon.
- Click Apply.
- The list now shows only reviews imported from X.
- To remove the filter, click Clear and then Apply.
Tips
- You can select multiple platforms at once to see reviews from several sources together.
- Combine this with a Star Rating filter to find the highest-rated X reviews for showcasing.
