How to Show Only Imported Reviews in Feedspace

Overview

Reviews imported from external platforms like Google, LinkedIn, or Instagram are marked as imported reviews. If you want to see only those reviews, the Import filter in Feedbox lets you separate them from reviews collected via forms.

Steps

  1. Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
  2. Click the Filter icon (sliders icon) at the top right of the Reviews list.
  3. Under Review Type, click the Import icon (download arrow icon).
  1. Click Apply.
  2. The list now shows only reviews that were imported from external platforms.
  3. To remove the filter, click Clear and then Apply.

Tips

  • Use this filter together with the Imported Reviews From filter to narrow down to a specific platform.
  • This is useful when auditing which reviews came from external sources versus your own forms.
