How to Show Only Reviews That Have a Written Comment in Feedspace

Overview

Some reviews only have a star rating without any written text. If you want to see only reviews that include a written comment which are more useful for showcasing and analysis the Review With Comment filter in Feedbox helps you find them quickly.

Steps

  1. Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
  2. Click the Filter icon (sliders icon) at the top right of the Reviews list.
  3. Under Other, click Review With Comment.
  1. Click Apply.
  2. The list now shows only reviews that contain written comment text.
  3. To remove the filter, click Clear and then Apply.

Tips

  • Written reviews are far more persuasive for potential customers use this filter to build your best testimonial library.
  • Combine with the 4-5 Star Rating filter and Positive Sentiment to find the most impactful written reviews.
  • Use this filter before adding reviews to a Wall of Love page to ensure every review displayed includes meaningful text.
