How Do I Auto-Tag Collected Reviews with Labels in Feedspace?

The Auto-Tag feature assigns one or more labels to a review form so that every testimonial collected through it is automatically organised the moment it arrives. No manual sorting, no missed tags, just a clean and structured testimonial library ready to filter and share.

What You Can Do

• Build a targeted widget showing only reviews from a specific source or form

1. Open the Form Settings Tab

• Log in to Feedspace and go to Forms in the left sidebar.
• Open the form you want to configure.
• Click the Settings tab in the form editor.

2. Find Auto-Tag Collected Reviews

Scroll down to the Advance Customization section. You will see the Auto-Tag Collected Reviews option with a Manage Label button.

3. Select Labels

1. Click Manage Label. A dropdown opens showing your existing labels.
2. Use the Search label input to filter labels by name.
3. Check the box next to each label you want applied to this form. You can select multiple labels.

4. Create a New Label (Optional)

If no label matches your search term, a Create “[name]” label button appears at the bottom of the dropdown. Click it to create the label instantly. It is automatically selected for this form.

5. Save the Form

Click Save. All selected labels are now attached to this form. Every new review submitted through this form will be tagged with those labels automatically.

Removing a Label from a Form

Open the Manage Label dropdown and uncheck the label you want to remove. Save the form to apply the change. Existing tagged reviews are not affected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I assign more than one label to a form?

Yes. There is no limit to how many labels you can assign to a single form.

Does auto-tagging apply to reviews already collected?

No. Labels are applied only to reviews submitted after you save the form. Previously collected reviews are not changed.

Where can I view tagged reviews?

Go to the Testimonials section and use the label filter to show all reviews with a specific label.
