How Do I Enable Word of Mouth Sharing on My Review Form?

Your happiest reviewers are your best promoters. The Word of Mouth (WoM) feature in Feedspace displays a sharing prompt on the Thank You page right after someone submits a testimonial, when their enthusiasm is highest. This turns each completed review into an opportunity to reach new reviewers organically, with no extra effort from you.

1. Open the Thank You Tab

• Log in to Feedspace and go to Forms in the left sidebar.
• Open the form you want to edit.
• Click the Thank You tab in the form editor.

2. Enable Word of Mouth

Scroll to the Word of Mouth section and toggle on Enable WoM. A set of text fields appears for customizing the sharing prompt.

3. Customize the Sharing Prompt

Fill in the three text fields to personalize the prompt:

• WoM Title: The headline shown above the sharing buttons (e.g., “Know someone who loves our work?”).
• WoM Subtitle: A short supporting line beneath the title (e.g., “Share this form and help us collect more great feedback.”).
• WoM Tooltip: Text shown when a reviewer hovers over the share button.

4. Save the Form

Click Save. After reviewers submit their testimonial, they will see the sharing prompt on the Thank You page with a link to share your form.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does WoM work if I redirect reviewers to a URL after submission?

No. The WoM prompt appears on the Feedspace Thank You page. If you have set the form to redirect to an external URL after submission, the Thank You page is not shown and the WoM prompt will not appear.

Can I track how many people shared the form via WoM?

Feedspace does not currently provide built-in analytics for WoM shares. You can track traffic from shares using UTM parameters on the form URL.

What social platforms does WoM support?

The sharing prompt lets reviewers copy the form link and share it on any platform they choose. Platform-specific share buttons are available in the Share tab of the form editor.
