How Do I Rename a Review Form in Feedspace?

Steps to Rename a Form

  1. In the left sidebar, click Forms to open your forms list.
  2. Click on the form you want to rename to open it.
  3. Go to the Settings tab inside the form editor.
  4. Find the Form Name field and update it with the new name.
  5. Save your changes.

The form’s display name is updated immediately everywhere it appears in your Feedspace dashboard.

Does Renaming Affect the Form Link?

No. The form name and the form URL slug are separate. Renaming a form does not change its public link. If you also need to change the URL, go to Settings and update the Form URL (custom slug) field separately. Note that changing the URL will break any existing links you have already shared.

Does Renaming Affect Collected Reviews?

No. All reviews already collected on the form remain in your Feedbox unchanged. Renaming only updates the form’s label inside Feedspace.
