How Do I Get Started with My First Feedspace Review Form?

Last updated on June 11, 2026

Getting your first review form live on Feedspace takes less than five minutes. You end up with a branded page where customers can record a video, leave an audio note, or write a text testimonial, no app download or sign-in required on their end.

What You Can Do

  • Create a branded review form in under five minutes with no design skills needed
  • Collect video, audio, screen recording, and text reviews from customers in one place
  • Share the form via link, QR code, email, or embed it on your website
  • Display approved reviews as social proof on your site, portfolio, or social media

What You Can Collect

  • Video reviews: Recorded directly in the browser or uploaded from a file
  • Audio reviews: Voice notes without the need for a camera
  • Screen recordings: Ideal for software products and demos
  • Text reviews: Written testimonials with optional star or thumbs up/down ratings

Step 1: Create Your Form

  1. Log in to Feedspace and click Forms in the left sidebar.
  2. Click + New Form.
  3. Choose to create with AI (describe your business in a sentence) or build manually. Either way takes under two minutes.
  4. Give your form a name and confirm.

Step 2: Customise the Form

The form editor has five tabs. You do not need to configure every setting on your first form, the defaults work well. Focus on these three:

  • Capture Review tab: Turn on the review types you want (video, audio, text). Set the form title to something personal like “How has [Your Product] helped you?”
  • User Details tab: Choose which fields to ask for, name, email, job title, company. Keep it short; fewer fields get more submissions.
  • Settings tab: Upload your logo and choose a background colour that matches your brand.

Step 3: Share the Form

Click the share icon on the form card or copy the direct link from the top of the editor. Send it to customers via:

  • A personal email (“I’d love to hear what you think, takes two minutes”)
  • A follow-up message after a purchase or project delivery
  • A link in your email signature or Linktree

Step 4: View and Use Your Reviews

Every submission lands in your Reviews section. You can approve, tag, and share individual testimonials from there. Use approved reviews to create a Wall of Love, embed them on your website, or share them on social media, all without leaving Feedspace.

Tips for Your First Form

  • Start with existing happy customers: they are most likely to respond and give genuine, enthusiastic reviews.
  • Keep the form short: one review type, three or fewer user fields. You can always add more later.
  • Write a personal title: “How has working with us changed your business?” gets better responses than a generic “Leave a Review”.
  • Follow up once: a single reminder email to people who opened the link but did not submit can double your response rate.
