1. Enable the Email Field
Before you can send automated emails, the email collection field must be enabled on the form:
- Open the form in the form editor.
- Click the User Details tab.
- Toggle on Collect Email.
2. Open the Settings Tab
Click the Settings tab in the form editor and scroll to the Language Customization section.
3. Enable Send Automated Email to Reviewers
Toggle on Send Automated Email to Reviewers. This option is only visible when the email field is enabled in User Details.
4. Save the Form
Click Save. From now on, every reviewer who provides an email address will automatically receive a confirmation email after submission.
Setting Up Internal Email Notifications
To receive email notifications yourself when a new review comes in, use the Automation tab in the form editor. The Automation tab lets you configure who receives notifications, set a custom sender email, and build a branded email template with dynamic variables.

What if a reviewer does not provide an email?
