How Do I Use a Gradient Background on My Feedspace Review Form?

Feedspace includes eight built-in gradient backgrounds you can apply to any review form with a single click. Gradients give the form a polished, modern look without requiring any design skills. You select the gradient in the Settings tab and see the result instantly in the live preview.

What You Can Do

Choose from eight predefined colour gradient options with thumbnail previews
Preview each gradient live in the form editor before saving
Apply an optional darken overlay to any gradient for extra contrast
Switch between gradient, solid colour, and image backgrounds at any time

1. Open the Settings Tab

Log in to Feedspace and go to Forms in the left sidebar.
Open the form and click the Settings tab in the form editor.

2. Enable Custom Background

Toggle on Add Custom Background. Three background type options appear: Solid Background Color, Gradient Background Color, and Background Image.

3. Select Gradient Background Color

Choose Gradient Background Color. Eight gradient thumbnails appear. Click any thumbnail to apply it to your form. The live preview on the left updates immediately so you can compare options before saving.

4. Darken the Gradient (Optional)

Toggle on Darken Background to overlay a subtle dark layer on top of the gradient. This adds contrast between the background and the form card content, giving it a premium feel.

5. Save

Click Save & Next. The gradient is applied to the live form immediately.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I create a custom gradient?

No. Feedspace offers eight predefined gradients. Custom gradient values are not supported. If you need a specific colour scheme, use a Solid Background Color with a custom hex value, or a Background Image with a gradient image you have prepared.

Can I use a gradient and a logo at the same time?

Yes. The gradient background and the logo setting are independent. Enable both in the Settings tab and they display together on the form.
