How to Share Review Form in Notion

Overview

You can easily share your Feedspace Review Form on Notion pages. Feedspace provides an embed link that can be added directly into any Notion page block, allowing you to collect reviews seamlessly within your workspace.

Step 1 – Copy Your Embed Link from Feedspace

Go to your Feedspace dashboard
Select Forms from the left sidebar
Choose the Review Form you want to Share
Click the Share tab
Copy the Embed Link from iFrames tab, which looks like this:

Step 2 – Log in to Your Notion Account

Go to Notion and log in with your account credentials.

Step 3 – Open Your Notion Page

From your Notion workspace, navigate to the page where you want to embed the code, or create a new page.

Step 4 – Add an Embed Block

On the Notion page:

Click on the spot where you’d like to share Review Form.
Type “/embed" and select the “Embed” block from the menu.

A field will appear addressing you to add a link.
Paste your Review Form embed link from Feedspace.
Click “Embed Link” to confirm.

Step 5 – Share Your Review Form

That’s it! Your clients can now send you authentic text, video, or audio testimonials directly through Notion.
Your Notion page with the embedded Review Form is now live and ready to share!
