Overview

The Avatar Blocks widget displays your testimonials in a structured block grid, placing each reviewer’s avatar alongside their review text in a clean, side-by-side layout. Because each testimonial sits inside its own distinct card, visual separation between cards is important for readability and a polished presentation.

The Show Review Card Shadow toggle, found in the Widget Color Customization section of the Design tab, lets you add a drop shadow behind every review card in the grid. Enabling it gives each card a sense of depth and lifts it off the page background, making the avatar and testimonial content easier to scan. You can control three sub-options: Shadow Style (Blurred or Solid), Shadow Size (Small, Medium, Large, or X-Large), and Shadow Color via a color picker, so the shadow always complements your brand palette rather than clashing with it.

How to Add a Shadow to Review Cards on Your Avatar Blocks Widget

Step 1: Open the Widgets Section

Step 7: Save Your Changes

Once you are satisfied with the shadow settings, click Save to apply the changes. The shadow will appear on every review card in the Avatar Blocks grid wherever the widget is embedded.
