The Avatar Slider widget presents each testimonial in a full-focus view, cycling through reviewers one at a time and placing their avatar prominently beside their review text. Because a visitor’s eye moves directly from the reviewer’s photo to their words, the typography of that text has a strong impact on how credible and polished the widget feels.
The Font Family selector in the Advanced Customization section lets you choose a specific typeface for all text displayed inside the Avatar Slider, including the reviewer’s name, their role or company, and the testimonial body. If you want the widget to blend seamlessly into your existing site design, the Auto Capture option automatically detects the font your website already uses and applies it to the widget, so no manual selection is needed.
Log in to your Feedspace account. From the left navigation menu, click Widgets to open the list of all widgets you have created.
Find the Avatar Slider widget you want to update. Click the Edit button (or the pencil icon) next to it to open the widget editor.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab. This tab contains all visual customization options for your Avatar Slider widget.
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Advanced Customization section. Click on it to expand the section and reveal the additional styling controls.
Locate the Font Family option within the Advanced Customization section. Click the font selector dropdown to browse the available typefaces. Choose the font that best suits your brand or page design. If you want the widget to automatically inherit the font your website uses, select Auto Capture from the list. This option detects your site’s active font and applies it to the Avatar Slider widget without any manual configuration.
After selecting the font, click Save to apply your changes. The Avatar Slider widget embedded on your site will now display all reviewer names, roles, and testimonial text in the font you selected.
